"We don't just want to be Malaysia's most popular online casino — we want to be the one players trust the most."
— The Ketua77 Team
From a small vision to one of Malaysia's most recognised online gaming destinations — here's the story behind Ketua77, who we are, and why we exist.

Ketua77 was founded with a single conviction: Malaysian players deserve an online gaming platform that is genuinely trustworthy, locally relevant, and built to the same standards as the world's best regulated operators. Too many platforms treat the Malaysian market as an afterthought — accepting MYR deposits but offering no local payment integration, slow support, and game libraries that don't reflect what players here actually enjoy.
We set out to change that. From day one, Ketua77 was designed around the Malaysian player experience — with native support for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and all major local banks including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Our minimum deposit of RM50 keeps the platform accessible to casual players in Petaling Jaya or Shah Alam, while our high withdrawal limits cater to serious bettors who need reliability.
Football is in the DNA of this country, and it's in ours too. Whether you're following Liga Super Malaysia, tracking an EPL midweek fixture, or watching a UFC main event, Ketua77's sports betting markets are built with the Malaysian fan in mind — competitive odds, in-play options, and live streaming integration where available.
Beyond sports, Ketua77 offers a full live casino suite with Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo streamed from professional studios — plus an extensive slots library spanning high-RTP video slots, Asian-themed games, fishing titles, and the latest crash and instant games. There's something here for every type of player.
We are committed to operating with transparency. Ketua77 adheres to responsible gambling principles, enforces a strict 21+ age policy, and provides players with tools to manage their play — including deposit limits, self-exclusion options, and clear information on wagering requirements. Gaming is entertainment. We take that responsibility seriously.
Our mission is clear: deliver the most trusted, locally relevant, and enjoyable online gaming experience for Malaysian players.
Security First, Always
Every transaction on Ketua77 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major financial institutions. Your personal information, payment details, and account activity are secured end-to-end. We conduct regular third-party security audits to keep our infrastructure watertight.
Certified Fair Play
Ketua77 partners exclusively with game studios whose RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are independently certified. Every slot, live table, and instant game on our platform operates with verified fairness. Our published RTP (return-to-player) figures are honest and not inflated — what you see is what you get.
Proudly Malaysian-Focused
Unlike generic offshore platforms, Ketua77 is built specifically for the Malaysian market. We support MYR, all major local e-wallets and banks, have a customer support team fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, and our game curation reflects what Malaysian players actually enjoy — from Mahjong slots to live football betting on Liga Super Malaysia.
Fast Deposits & Withdrawals
We understand that waiting for your winnings is frustrating. That's why Ketua77 processes e-wallet withdrawals — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — typically within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX usually complete within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Speed matters, and we deliver on it.
Real 24/7 Human Support
Our support team is available around the clock via live chat — real human agents, not automated bots. Whether you're depositing at midnight in Johor Bahru or withdrawing your winnings at dawn in Penang, someone is always there to help. Average first response time is under 2 minutes during peak hours.
Committed to Responsible Gambling
We enforce a strict 21+ age requirement, offer voluntary deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools for players who need them. Gambling should always be an enjoyable pastime — never a source of financial stress. Our responsible gambling resources are available on every page of the platform.
"We don't just want to be Malaysia's most popular online casino — we want to be the one players trust the most."
— The Ketua77 Team
From a focused idea to a full-featured platform, Ketua77's growth has been driven by one consistent priority: listening to Malaysian players and building the features they actually need.
Foundation
Platform Launch — Serving the Core Markets
Ketua77 launched with a focused game library and support for the most widely used Malaysian payment methods. Early players in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya provided feedback that shaped the platform's direction from day one.
Early Growth
Sports Betting & Live Casino Integration
Responding to strong demand, Ketua77 expanded into full sports betting coverage — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and more — and introduced a live casino suite with Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette streamed from certified studios.
Expansion
e-Wallet Integration & Mobile Optimisation
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay were integrated as first-class deposit and withdrawal channels. The platform was rebuilt mobile-first, enabling smooth gaming on iOS and Android without requiring an app download.
Maturity
Crypto Support & VIP Programme Launch
Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT, BTC, ETH, and LTC were introduced alongside a tiered VIP loyalty programme. A dedicated responsible gambling framework — including deposit limits and self-exclusion — was formalised across the platform.
Today
Ketua77 — Trusted Across Malaysia
Today, Ketua77 serves players from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, Penang to Johor Bahru. With 500+ games, 11+ payment methods, and 24/7 live support, we remain focused on delivering the most trusted and enjoyable online gaming experience in Malaysia.
Everything we build — every feature, every integration, every policy — is grounded in these four principles.
01
Trust & Transparency
We publish real RTP figures, clear bonus terms, and honest processing times. No hidden fees, no misleading fine print. What we show you is what you get — always.
02
Player Safety
From KYC verification to self-exclusion tools and 21+ enforcement, player safety is baked into every layer of the Ketua77 platform — not just mentioned in a policy document.
03
Local Excellence
We serve Malaysia specifically. MYR accounts, local e-wallets and banks, Malaysian sports markets, Asian game studios — every decision is made with the Malaysian player at the centre.
04
Continuous Innovation
The online gaming landscape evolves fast. Ketua77 invests continuously in platform improvements, new game integrations, faster payment rails, and smarter responsible gambling tools.
At Ketua77, responsible gambling is not a checkbox — it is a core part of how we operate. We enforce a strict minimum age of 21 years old for all registered players, and our KYC process verifies every account before any withdrawal can be processed.
We provide voluntary tools that allow players to take control of their gaming activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion options for players who feel they need a break. These tools are accessible at any time from within your account settings.
Gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling-related issues, we encourage reaching out to support services.
